What REPMUS 25 is and why it matters
REPMUS stands for Robotic Experimentation and Prototyping using Maritime Uncrewed Systems. It is an annual NATO-endorsed exercise led by the Portuguese Navy. In 2025, it runs from September 1 to 26.

The exercise brings together allied navies, industry, universities, and research bodies to test unmanned systems in real maritime scenarios. It focuses on ISR, communications resilience, electronic warfare, amphibious missions, force protection, and overall operational experimentation.

REPMUS is more than a test drive. It is where NATO matures emerging technologies into mission-ready capability and improves interoperability across systems and nations.

Kelluu’s role in REPMUS 25
Kelluu provides persistent low altitude surveillance to the maritime environment. Our airships deliver uninterrupted and accurate data from below the clouds. This adds a layer of intelligence NATO cannot easily get from satellites or high altitude platforms.

REPMUS 25 gives us the chance to prove how our platform helps unify data collection with flexibility in sensor deployment. Tactical, scalable, efficient.
