Kelluu CEO Janne Hietala will participate in the NATO-Industry Forum 2025, the Alliance’s main platform for dialogue between NATO and the defence industry. The event focuses on strengthening cooperation and speeding up innovation across member nations.

Held in Bucharest, Romania, the Forum brings together key leaders including NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, President Nicușor Dan, and Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan.

Hietala will take part in discussions on how to transform innovation into capability faster—one of the most pressing challenges for Allied defence. His programme includes a panel on the rapid adoption of dual-use technologies, meetings with Admiral Vandier, NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, and a media roundtable on NATO innovation with James Appathurai, Managing Director of DIANA.

Kelluu contributes to NATO’s Digital Backbone Experimentation (DiBaX), which advances interoperability and secure communications across domains. The company’s autonomous airships provide persistent and affordable ISR, helping reduce technology adoption timelines from years to months.
